本試劑盒利用獨特的裂解液裂解病毒釋放DNA/RNA,經(jīng)硅膠膜離心柱特異吸附,有效地純化病毒DNA/RNA。適用于從≤200 μl血漿、血清、全血、組織勻漿液、無細(xì)胞體液、鼻咽或口咽抽吸物或洗液、肺泡灌洗液、氣管吸 出物和痰液 、鼻咽或口咽拭子、培養(yǎng)動物細(xì)胞上清中提取病毒DNA/RNA。提取的DNA/RNA純度高,適用于PCR, RT- PCR,qPCR,qRT-PCR等實驗。
